REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
What Is Your Return Policy and Quality Guarantee?
We aim to dispatch your products within 5 working days. On arrival of your products, if you’re not satisfied with the quality or there are other issues, please get in touch with me within 14 days of receiving it, describing your issue, sending images where necessary and I will work with my supplier to find a solution.
If your claim is validated by my supplier, they will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible.
Returns and Refunds
Since Droneman products are printed to order, unfortunately I cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind after placing the order. However, if there are genuine reasons for a refund request, such as damage, late delivery, quality issues and you are not able to wait for a replacement, you may request a refund. Color consistency is not accepted as a reason for refund. Please see the following section.
Colour Consistency
My supplier uses the same print machines, paper types, and work processes at our print partners to minimize color variations. Having said that, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the colour, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Colour variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by lack of quality of the content you or your customer provided. Should you want to submit a new order, you will not be required to cover the costs of the new order. Please get in touch with me to discuss your issues and to agree on a a resolution.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Customer Rejection
If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Unclaimed
If you are not able able to receive your order at the address supplied, the shipment may be available for pick up at your local post office or courier pick up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender.
